Our very busy week started with our Holiday Baskets contest!
We received an overwhelming amount of donations and support. Your generosity will help families in need this holiday season. Thank you parents, students, and staff. πβ₯οΈ
A huge shoutout to Mr. Bodell`s first period class of freshman, who single handedly donated 132 food items. To put that into perspective, we asked for 19! That`s 695% above and beyond!

Best Decorated
Staff members voted and decided that the class with the Best Decorated basket was.....
Mr. Taylor/Ms. Heesch`s Senior Class, the Polar Express train!
...with an honorable mention for Snoopy`s doghouse, made by Mr. Bushard`s class, which was a very close second.
We had the privilege of donating two baskets to MTCHS families and the rest went to the Meridian Food Bank. A special thanks goes to parents Karen and Brian who volunteered to deliver the baskets. Total weight of food donated to the food bank: 389 pounds! In addition, over $500 was donated for gift cards for perishable food items.
Thank you so much for making someone`s holidays a lot brighter!
